Carman Skeehan is an Australian glass artist, designer and glassblower based in Adelaide, South Australia. Originally from Canberra, she completed a Bachelor of Visual Arts at the Australian National University School of Art & Design in 2019, followed by JamFactory’s Glass Studio Associate Program in 2023.

Working across blown glass, flameworking and enamel, Carman creates still-life arrangements inspired by domestic spaces and the small objects we collect, overlook and attach meaning to. Her practice explores memory, sentiment and the passage of time, translating familiar objects and delicate botanical forms into glass.

Alongside her studio practice, Carman works as a production glassblower and gaffer, producing work for artists, designers and clients. Her work has been exhibited nationally, and in 2026, Baby’s Breath was acquired for the National Art Glass Collection at Wagga Wagga Art Gallery.
